Role & Responsibilities

Conduct one‑on‑one academic and career counseling sessions with students and parents to identify goals, map pathways, and build actionable education plans.
Guide students through course selection, exam prep strategies, and college/university application processes tailored to their strengths and aspirations.
Maintain detailed student progress records and use CRM tools to track engagement, follow‑ups, and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to refine messaging, host workshops, and drive student enrollment from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
Stay current with evolving education trends, university policies, scholarship opportunities, and entrance exam patterns across India and abroad.
Deliver workshops and webinars on academic planning, stress management, and career readiness for schools, parents, and student groups.
