Job summary

Beyond Border Consultants in Delhi is seeking an energetic education counselor to guide students on study abroad journeys, selecting universities, and managing the end-to-end application process including SOP/LOR drafting. You will also support visa guidance and scholarship opportunities to help applicants reach top-tier programs.

• Proven experience in student counseling or international education advisory.
• Strong knowledge of overseas university admission processes.
• Proficiency in SOP/LOR coaching and resume personalization.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot) for lead management.
• Familiarity with IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT and visa requirements.

• Track student outcomes and feedback to continuously improve counseling methodologies and service delivery.
