Admissify in Bangalore seeks a dynamic Student Counsellor for overseas education to counsel students and parents face-to-face, guiding them on destinations, courses, and admission paths. You will manage the end-to-end process, including documentation and visa steps, while meeting admission targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face counselling sessions with students and parents.

• Provide accurate admission, visa, and scholarship information.
• Manage the complete student lifecycle from enquiry to enrolment.
• Shortlist programs per student profile and eligibility.
• Assist with documentation, SOPs, LORs and visa filing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents and partner institutions.
• Update CRM and maintain counselling records timely.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and enthusiastic Student Counsellor with at least 2 years of experience in face-to-face counselling for overseas education. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of multiple study destinations including the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and other international markets, along with expertise in the end-to-end admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face counselling sessions with prospective students and parents.
• Guide students in selecting suitable universities, courses, and study destinations based on their academic profile and career aspirations.
• Provide accurate information regarding admission requirements, visa processes, scholarships, and application procedures.
• Manage the complete student lifecycle from enquiry generation to enrolment.
• Shortlist universities and programs as per student profiles and eligibility criteria.
• Assist students with application documentation, SOPs, LORs, and visa filing processes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
• Ensure timely updates in CRM and maintain counselling records.
