Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students/candidates.
• Understand candidate requirements and provide information about courses and programs.
• Counsel candidates regarding educational programs and career opportunities.
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments/admissions.
• Achieve monthly calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate and lead information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal team for enrollment and onboarding.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with students/candidates throughout the admission process.
