Job summary

Aim Finders Private Limited in Kolkata is seeking an Academic Counsellor to connect with students over the phone, assess academic goals, and guide them to suitable educational programs and admission opportunities. You will make telecalling calls, understand backgrounds, and explain course details, eligibility, fees, and procedures, while maintaining regular follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, or Bengali.
• A friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to understand students' needs and explain information clearly.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.
• Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling, sales, or counselling experience is an advantage.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
