Econest Ventures in Bangalore is seeking a creative 2D Game Artist Intern to join our indie studio. You will work with the core team on a PC game featuring a 2.5D HD pixel-art style and isometric gameplay.

Build 2D assets, UI elements, pixel-art promos, and Steam visuals, keeping art consistent. You’ll collaborate with the art and development team, learn, and contribute to visual direction in a hybrid 2–3 days in office arrangement over 4 months.

Qualificações

• Strong 2D art and visual design fundamentals.
• Portfolio demonstrating 2D art, illustration, game art or UI.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Aseprite, Figma or similar tools.
• Good understanding of composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Interest in games and willingness to learn and experiment.

2D Game Artist Intern Indie Game Studio

• Create 2D game assets including characters, environments, props and UI.
• Design game UI elements such as icons, panels, buttons and HUDs.
• Create pixel-art and promotional assets for the game.
• Contribute to Steam capsule art, key art and social media visuals.
• Maintain visual consistency across the game.

• Stipend: 10,000–15,000/month
