Playsimple Games Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Game Artist to design engaging UI and 2D game art for mobile titles. You will craft buttons, icons, menus, and HUDs, and collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to maintain a cohesive visual style.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of mobile game art experience, a strong UI portfolio, and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma, with knowledge of typography, color theory, and accessibility best practices.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Game Artist, UI Artist, or similar role in the mobile gaming industry.

Position Summary

This Game Artist will be responsible for In-Game art and UI for mobile games and ensure the highest degree of engagement through your skills. You will be expected to be a powerhouse when it comes to the aesthetics of the games.

Responsibilities

Design and create visually appealing UI assets, including buttons, icons, menus, and HUDs, with a strong focus on readability, usability, and user experience (UX).

Requirements

1-3 years of experience as a Game Artist, UI Artist, or similar role in the mobile gaming industry.

Understanding of mobile game design principles, including accessibility and usability best practices.

Nice to Have

Experience with Spine, Blender, or other animation tools is a plus.
