Zohorecruit in Warangal is seeking an Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) to drive agent recruitment and development across local markets. You will build an agent network, train field staff, and set monthly/quarterly targets while ensuring customer loyalty and timely query resolution.

The role requires 2+ years in field sales, graduates only, age 25-35, with local access and two-wheeler mobility. Open to any industry, this is a hands-on frontline leadership position.

• Ensure product knowledge by ways of training,giving proper Field demonstration (FODs).
• Planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
• Meet Business targets Achievement of monthly,quarterly & yearly business plans. Improve agent productivity
• Follow companies sales practice to developcustomer loyalty
• Ensure customer queries are responded on-timeand satisfactorily as per company standard.
