Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a field-facing role in India to recruit and develop sales agents across multiple districts. You will build an agent pipeline, train teams, and drive activities to hit monthly and quarterly goals.

The role emphasizes strong front-line sales experience, customer loyalty focus, and on-time query handling, with candidates preferably currently employed. Age 25–35, graduates only, and diverse industry exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• Graduates required with no deviation (10+2+3 mandatory)
