A financial infrastructure platform in Dublin is seeking a Sales Development Associate to drive growth by qualifying leads and building the sales pipeline. Ideal candidates will have a track record of success, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires in-office participation three days a week. The salary range is from €56,000 to €84,000, with additional benefits including equity and health perks.
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
As a Sales Development Associate (SDA) at Stripe, you will drive Stripe’s future growth engine by working with Demand Gen and the Account Executive team to qualify leads and collaboratively build Stripe’s sales pipeline. You get excited about engaging with prospects to better qualify needs, identify high‑value opportunities, and manage early sales funnel activities. You are adept at delivering value in complex situations and are energized by learning about new and existing products. Finally, you enjoy building—actively participating in the development of the demand‑generation and sales process, articulating Stripe’s value proposition, and creating key tools and assets.
We take a data‑driven, analytical approach to sales development and are looking for someone who is confident in both prospecting to customers and designing strategy. If you’re hungry, smart, persistent, and a great teammate, we want to hear from you.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.
At Stripe, we welcome diverse perspectives and people who think rigorously and aren’t afraid to challenge assumptions. Join us.
Office‑assigned Stripe employees in most locations are expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team, and location. For example, Stripe employees in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in‑office expectation, and those in stripe delivery center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Some teams have greater in‑office attendance requirements to support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach balances collaboration and flexibility.
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €56,000 – €84,000. For sales roles, the range represents the role’s On Target Earnings (OTE), including both commissions/bonuses and base salary. The range may change if you are hired in another location. Applicants not located in the primary location may request the appropriate salary range during the interview process.
Benefits and compensation details vary by location and can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. Benefits and additional compensation for this role may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
At Stripe, we value passion, grit, and integrity. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t precisely match the job description. Your skills and passion will make you stand out—especially if your career has taken extraordinary twists and turns.
