Job Description

Lough Eske Castle hotel requires a full time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of its luxury hotel.

Working on starters and main courses, and helping with kitchen health and hygiene when needed you will be an important part of the kitchen team in this luxury hotel.

Must have at least 2 years chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery.

Full time permanent position. 39 hours per week. Euro 34,000 per annum salary.
