A luxury resort in Ireland is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Pastry team. The role involves preparing and presenting high-quality desserts and pastries while adhering to HACCP guidelines. We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our Pastry team.
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised qualification in pastry and/or have at least 2 years' experience in 5 star hotels or quality focused restaurants in a similar capacity.
