Henley Morgan are partnering with a leading multinational organisation to recruit a NetSuite Finance Systems Consultant for a 6-month day-rate contract. This role sits within the Finance function and will focus on NetSuite optimisation, configuration, system improvements and support across multiple European entities.

You will play a key part in supporting and enhancing the company’s NetSuite Finance landscape. The position involves configuration, system maintenance, workflow development and supporting finance users across Europe.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the configuration, maintenance and optimisation of NetSuite ERP and 3rd-party integrations

• Ensuring compliance with SOX standards across system changes and deployments

• Leading testing activities, defining test strategies and using sandbox accounts for thorough scenario testing

• Developing and maintaining workflows, saved searches, KPIs, dashboards and reports

• Acting as the first point of contact for finance user support queries

• Working with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver process improvements

• Managing and overseeing NetSuite projects from planning through to delivery and hypercare

• Monitoring project scope, timelines, costs and reporting progress to project owners

• 6+ years’ experience delivering NetSuite Finance solutions

• Strong background in NetSuite configuration, development and ERP optimisation

• Experience implementing NetSuite across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting and General Ledger

• Proven experience managing NetSuite projects end-to-end

• Strong Excel, reporting and general MS Office skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities

• Experience working independently as well as within cross-functional teams

• Willingness to travel occasionally as required
