CEL Critical Power is seeking an enthusiastic ICT Technician for a 6-month fixed-term contract in our Citywest office, Ireland. You will join the ICT team to provide first-line technical support to end users and assist with IT administration tasks.

This role offers hands-on experience across IT support, systems administration, and involvement in digital transformation projects, including Azure Virtual Desktop and SSO initiatives. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in IT support, systems administration, and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional, patient approach.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Ability to work on-site in Citywest office on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• End User Support log, triage, and resolve first-line IT support tickets.
• Assist users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues; escalate when needed.
• Microsoft 365 and Windows administration: manage accounts, licences, and access.
• Support ICT projects including infrastructure, security, and cloud-based work.
• Configure devices for new staff; support onboarding and asset lifecycle.
