Job summary

Notion is seeking a Workplace Technology Operations contractor for our Dublin office for a 12–18 month fixed-term role. You’ll provide on-site and remote technical support, manage device lifecycles, and help scale workplace IT operations across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on workplace IT support experience across macOS/Windows, iOS/Android, and conferencing room AV, plus experience with SaaS tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

Professional fluency in English and ability to support Dublin employees and collaborate with global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

End user and AV support for Dublin/EMEA employees across hardware, software, connectivity, SaaS tools, conference room AV, and events.
Device lifecycle operations including provisioning, inventory, procurement coordination, returns, repairs and deprovisioning.
Improve SOPs, Notion resource library, handoffs, self-service resources, and support practices that scale beyond one person.
Identify and optimize recurring support workflows using AI or lightweight automation to reduce manual work and repeat requests.
Partner with Workplace, People, Security, DART, and global IT teams on access and endpoint workflows while maintaining controls.
