Job summary

JLL in Ireland seeks a Workplace Experience Ambassador to elevate client experiences across a portfolio of properties in South County Dublin. You will deliver high-touch service, engage with client employees, and coordinate with service partners to uphold service standards.

You will handle inquiries, conduct walkthroughs, support events, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement in workplace services, leveraging strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, and/or commercial real estate.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate professionally.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and Outlook).
• Strong prioritization and time management skills with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft services delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements and performance metrics.
• Coordinate Ambassador services and ensure execution consistent with SLAs, standard processes, and professional brand image
• Receive and respond to all requests or issues within one day of receipt, including personal follow-up to ensure questions are answered.
• Identify, design and support employee and visitor touchpoints audit and analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Support internal events, town halls, client visits, and employee activations, liaising with Executive PA and coordinating with external vendors.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve workplace services.
