You will welcome employees at reception, conduct floor walks, monitor soft services, and coordinate ambassador activities to ensure SLA compliance and a strong brand image. The role emphasizes proactive engagement, data informed decisions, and client‑focused relationship building.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility or operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for client employee inquiries and feedback.
• Spend time welcoming employees at reception and conducting floor walks to ensure spaces are maintained.
• Conduct routine assessments of services to ensure SLA compliance and performance metrics.
• Coordinate ambassador services and ensure execution aligns with SLAs and brand image.
• Respond to requests within one day and follow up to confirm resolutions.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting aligned with client goals.
• Assist with client events and act as training center concierge when needed.
