Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking an Specialist, People Data Operations to execute Workday HCM data processes, validate data accuracy, and coordinate loads across internal teams and external vendors. You will troubleshoot issues, document procedures, and support timely execution in a hybrid environment in Letterkenny.

The role emphasizes data quality, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with HR, tech, and vendors to maintain smooth payroll and data delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday HCM.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate across business, technology, and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate Workday mass data loads, including template preparation, validation, error review, troubleshooting, and follow-through to completion.
• Coordinate inputs, review dependencies, validate data, and resolve issues to support complex HR data processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to confirm load readiness, review validation results, and ensure timelines.
• Identify data issues, process gaps, and recurring errors; work with partners to reduce repeat manual effort.
• Maintain clear process documentation, checklists, and procedures for auditability and consistency.
• Manage multiple priorities with accuracy, urgency, risk, and downstream impact.
