PGIM Ireland, the asset management arm within Prudential Financial, seeks a People Team Data Integration Lead to drive integration strategy and governance across HR systems. Hybrid work with 2 days weekly in Letterkenny, requiring 5+ years in HR data, Workday experience, and strong stakeholder skills.

You will partner with Global Technology and vendors to design, test, deploy, and support scalable data integrations, with a focus on data quality, automation, and uptime in a complex HR tech

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HR systems including reporting, testing, troubleshooting and operational support.
• 5+ years of experience with employee data, HR business processes, and enterprise system architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR data integration initiatives from requirements to post-production support.

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday integration solutions and other HRIS data flows.
• Evaluate impact of system changes on upstream and downstream integrations and propose design solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end integration delivery from requirements gathering to deployment readiness and production validation.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and Global Technology to troubleshoot issues and drive root-cause resolution.
