Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking an experienced Manager, Payroll and Benefits to lead payroll processing across Ireland and EMEA. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and scalable processes within a hybrid Letterkenny setup.

You will drive process improvements, manage year-end tasks, and coordinate cross-border payroll activities. Strong Ireland payroll expertise and familiarity with Workday/ADP are highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years in an EMEA payroll processing role.
• Advanced Irish payroll and benefits knowledge.
• Experience with Year End processes and benefits cycles.

Responsibilities

• Administer and validate payroll and benefits across EMEA.
• Improve payroll processes and standardize documentation.
• Coordinate country setups and year-end tasks.
• Escalate issues to the Manager, Payroll and Benefits.
