Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a Manager, Payroll and Benefits to join the Global People Service & Solutions Team in Letterkenny. The role handles daily, weekly, monthly, and annual payroll and benefits tasks with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in EMEA payroll processing, strong Irish payroll knowledge, and proficiency with payroll systems. The role offers hybrid work and competitive benefits within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in EMEA payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and year-end processes.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, process and validate payrolls for EMEA and Ireland.
• Lead benefits administration and coordinate annual cycles.
• Improve processes through standardization and documentation.
• Escalate urgent payroll issues to the Manager, Payroll and Benefits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely tax/returns filings.
• Coordinate shadow payrolls for cross-border and remote workers.
• Support country/entity setups and benefit renewals as needed.
• Analyze data and generate reports to inform decisions.
