Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking an Application Management Analyst to support integrations across the People Team technology ecosystem. You will partner with stakeholders to document requirements, validate data, and ensure accurate, secure employee information across systems and reports.

The role offers hybrid work with two days weekly in Letterkenny. The ideal candidate has a HR/IT/data analytics background, 3+ years of experience, and hands-on Workday experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, IT, finance, data analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with employee data, HR processes, and basic data analysis.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems, including reporting and data validation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and document requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data quality skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and document business requirements for integration solutions and data analysis.
• Assess impact of system changes on data quality, reporting, and analytics.
• Support data integration delivery: requirements, mapping, validation, testing, and UAT.
• Validate employee data, reconcile discrepancies, and provide insights to improve operations.
• Analyze integration files and reports to reduce manual effort and support decision-making.
