Job summary

Elk Recruitment is seeking an Office Based Project Manager for a Wicklow-based role. The position is permanent and full-time, with a negotiable salary depending on experience. You will oversee projects, ensure alignment with stakeholder goals, and manage budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of construction or project management experience and a recognized program management qualification. Experience in doors/windows and construction management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing all assigned projects to ensure alignment with stakeholder objectives.
• Maintain a commercially focused mindset to meet objectives within budget and schedule.
• Use established practices, templates, policies, tools and relationships throughout the project life-cycle.
• Prepare project submittals including door schedules, ironmongery specifications, site reports.
• Participate in project management team meetings and keep information up to date.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate information.
