Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan, on behalf of our client, seeks a Construction Project Manager for a new residential development in Wicklow. You will drive delivery to programme, budget and safety standards.

Develop and maintain project plans, lead site activities with subcontractors and design teams, manage progress reports and client updates, and ensure compliance with regulations. Applicants should hold an Engineering or Construction Management degree and have 5+ years PM experience and eligibility to work

Qualifications

• Engineering or construction management degree required.
• 5+ years in a project manager role.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Procore, Asta or similar PM platforms is a plus.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a new residential construction project to programme, budget and quality.
• Develop and maintain project plans, programmes and resources.
• Lead site delivery, coordinating subcontractors, design teams and site staff.
• Manage progress reporting and client communications, including monthly updates.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and quality systems.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to support timely delivery.
• Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive site delivery through planning and continuous improvement.
