Job summary

Sherlock Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established construction company in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford.

You will lead day-to-day delivery, coordinate subcontractors and site teams, and report progress to the management team. Candidates will have proven PM experience in commercial and residential construction, strong organisational and communication skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams with oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running and delivery of the project.

• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Review drawings and construction requirements.
• Manage labour, materials, plant and resources.

• Maintain site records and documentation.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget in collaboration with management.

PROJECT MANAGER – ENNISCORTHY, CO. WEXFORD

Sherlock Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established construction company based in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford.

The successful candidate will have strong experience across both commercial and residential construction and will be confident managing the day-to-day delivery of projects.

Location: Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford
Salary: €53,481 – €120,000 per year, depending on experience
Company vehicle provided

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day running and delivery of the project
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Monitor project programmes, deadlines, quality and progress
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates
• Review drawings, specifications and construction requirements
• Manage labour, materials, plant and resources
• Identify and resolve issues or delays on site
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are followed
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation
• Work closely with the management team to deliver projects on time and within budget

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
• Strong commercial and residential construction experience
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and site teams
• Good knowledge of construction methods, programmes and site procedures
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Relevant construction qualification/degree is desirable
• Full Irish/EU work eligibility required
