Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan, on behalf of our client, seeks a Construction Project Manager for a new residential development in Wicklow. You will drive delivery to programme, budget and safety standards.

Develop and maintain project plans, lead site activities with subcontractors and design teams, manage progress reports and client updates, and ensure compliance with regulations. Applicants should hold an Engineering or Construction Management degree and have 5+ years PM experience and eligibility to work

Qualifications

• Engineering or construction management degree required.
• 5+ years in a project manager role.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Procore, Asta or similar PM platforms is a plus.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.

Company Overview

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Construction Project Manager on behalf of our client for a new-build housing project in Wicklow. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed to programme, budget, and the required quality and safety standards.

Job Summary

• Project Manager for the successful delivery of a new residential construction project
• Develop and maintain project plans, programmes, and resources to ensure alignment with client and contractual requirements
• Lead site delivery activities, ensuring coordination of subcontractors, design teams, and site staff
• Manage progress, reporting, and client communication, including monthly project updates and meetings
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety standards, quality systems, and technical specifications
• Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues to support timely and cost-effective delivery
• Foster strong relationships with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Drive efficient site delivery through coordination, planning, and continuous improvement practices

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in a project manager role.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects to programme and budget.
• Excellent knowledge of the latest building regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Procore, Asta or similar project management platforms is an advantage.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
