Job summary

Smiles Cork Practice is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join the team, offering 14 hours per week with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 9:00 to 16:30. Salary ranges from €14.15 to €16.30 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous administration or reception experience.
• Able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients, creating a great first impression.
• Book and amend appointments, answer phones, update patient records.
• Support the Practice Manager and clinical team for smooth operation of the practice.
• Promote dental services and offers to patients.
• Handle payments and cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and access to sensitive information.
