Smiles Cork Practice is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join the team, offering 14 hours per week with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 9:00 to 16:30. Salary ranges from €14.15 to €16.30 per hour depending on experience.

The role involves greeting patients, booking appointments, handling calls, supporting the Practice Manager, and ensuring smooth operation with a focus on excellent customer service. Benefits include staff discounts, uniform, and development opportunities.

• Previous administration or reception experience.

Responsabilidades

Receptionist: Smiles Cork Practice

Part Time Position: 14 hours per week

Working Pattern: Sat 9-4.30 and Sun 9-4.30

Salary depending on experience: 14.15 to 16.30 (Euros per hour)

What your typical day involves as a Smiles Dental Receptionist:

• Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
• Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
• Making patients aware of dental services and offers
• Handling payments
• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality

We’re looking for a Receptionist that:

• Has the ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Has previous administration or reception experience
• Is personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
• Is efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Has SOE/R4 experience (preferred not vital)
• Has strong communication and organisation skills
