Smiles Dental Care is seeking a proactive Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our patient-focused team. The role supports patients through their dental journey with reception duties, treatment coordination, and payment processes in a busy practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working in a dental practice.
• Excellent communication and patient-facing skills.
• Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to coordinate treatment and manage payments.

Responsibilities

• Appointment and reception management, greeting patients.
• Manage bookings and daily reception duties.
• Coordinate treatments and explain options, costs and processes.
• Assist with deposits, private payments and finance applications.
• Support marketing activities and open days.
