BoyleSports is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Naas, County Kildare. This part-time role covers weekends, assisting the Shop Manager in day-to-day shop operations and delivering excellent customer service. You will handle cash, accept bets, and promote our brand while ensuring high presentation standards and compliance with store procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented role in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager with day-to-day shop operations.
• In absence of managers, lead shop operations including opening/closing the shop.
• Manage shop team guidance and cash procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote brand & omnichannel offerings.
• Accept bets and process transactions via EPOS and terminals.
• Represent BoyleSports as a Brand Ambassador and engage customers in-store.
