Job summary

Wedding & Events Venue in Ireland is seeking a dedicated full-time Co-Coordinator to join our professional wedding coordination team. Minimum 1 year of experience is required, along with excellent communication and organisational abilities.

You will be the main point of contact for couples and event organisers, manage deposits, use dedicated software, and ensure all details are accurately communicated to the operations team before events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar wedding/event role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Well-presented with a professional attitude.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to think logically.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for couples and event organisers, promoting the venue as an ideal location for weddings and special events.
• Manage deposits and maintain familiarity with booking terms and conditions.
• Ensure prompt follow-up with wedding couples and event organisers, providing accurate and relevant information in response to enquiries.
• Record all wedding and event details accurately and communicate them to the relevant departments.
• Use designated IT software to manage the process from the initial function enquiry through to the final planning stages.
• Ensure all arrangements and expectations are clearly understood and professionally communicated to the operational team ahead of the event.
