Job summary

Wedding & Events Executive in Dublin role focusing on delivering memorable weddings and events, from initial enquiry through to booking, planning and handover to the operations team.

You’ll manage client communications, site visits, proposals, contracts and payments, coordinating with internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly. A full driving licence and access to a car are required.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and bookings while delivering a high standard of service.
• Confident building relationships with clients, detail-focused and proactive.
