Job summary

Grifols, S.A. in Dublin seeks a Marketing Specialist – Websites for a 10-month contract to drive digital projects and campaigns across our brands.

You will lead end-to-end website initiatives, collaborate with brand, product, and IT teams, and ensure content aligns with our global marketing strategy. The role emphasizes CMS, analytics, and marketing automation skills, with cross-functional interaction across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with CMS platforms (Liferay, Sitecore, Wordpress).
• Proven project management experience (Wrike, Asana, Slack).
• Experience with Marketing Automation/CRM (Marketing Cloud, SFDC, Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Pardot, Veeva Life Sciences).
• Strong analytics skills (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio).
• Understanding of UX and design systems.
• WebEx or similar webinar experience.
• Marketing Cloud / HubSpot / Adobe certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of website and digital projects.
• Assess and support new project requests aligning with objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with brand, product, IT, and external partners.
• Deliver website enhancements and digital experiences to improve engagement.
• Create, publish, and maintain website content per brand guidelines.
• Recommend digital marketing solutions for websites, apps, and campaigns.
• Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns focusing on digital channels.
• Define and track KPIs; analyse performance data for improvements.
• Maintain measurement and reporting frameworks for ROI evaluation.
