Grifols, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Marketing Specialist - Websites to lead web-based projects within our Digital Tools team. You will collaborate with brand and product teams to design, develop, and execute digital tactics for Biopharma web initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, content updates, and stakeholder collaboration to improve customer engagement and brand performance across digital channels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Liferay, Sitecore, Wordpress or similar.
• Proven project management experience with Wrike, Asana, Slack or similar.
• Experience with Marketing Automation/CRM tools (Marketing Cloud, SFDC, Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Pardot, Veeva Life Sciences).
• Analytics experience with Google Analytics or Google Data Studio is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of UX/design and design systems is desirable.
• Webinar tools experience (WebEx or similar) is highly desirable.
• Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Hubspot certifications are highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of website and digital projects from request to delivery and optimisation.
• Assess and support new project requests, aligning with business objectives and brand priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and delivery schedules.
• Define project requirements with stakeholders and translate into digital solutions.
• Work with web development teams and external agencies to deliver website enhancements.
• Create, edit, publish and maintain website content in line with brand guidelines.
• Recommend digital marketing solutions to support commercial and brand objectives.
• Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on digital channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Legal, Regulatory and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Define and track KPIs for digital activities and report insights.
