McNeela Music is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Dublin team, working on-site with a 8:00-16:00 schedule. The role centers on executing email marketing campaigns, content creation for blogs and courses, and coordinating across marketing and creative teams.

You’ll implement campaigns in Klaviyo, manage lists, edit WordPress content, and contribute to online course materials. A hands-on, organised marketer familiar with Canva, Teachable and WordPress will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Strong written English and copywriting skills.
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, email marketing or a closely related role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage recurring deadlines.
• Confidence working with digital marketing platforms and learning unfamiliar software.
• Ability to implement templates and follow brand guidelines.
• Good judgement and fact-checking using online tools.

Responsibilities

• Email Marketing: write emails, build campaigns in Klaviyo, segment lists, and maintain forms.
• Content & Blog: edit WordPress content, research topics, publish articles, respond to comments.
• Other Marketing Tasks: update pages, verify product specs, upload resources, support projects.
• Coordinate with Marketing Manager and teams to execute campaigns.
• Support with communications and administration for larger marketing initiatives.
