Job summary

AECOM in Ireland is seeking a Deputy Client Account Manager to support the Uisce Éireann relationship. You will shape engagement, identify growth opportunities and position AECOM as a trusted partner across water sector projects from asset management to advisory services.

You will work with the Account Manager to deliver value, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive cross-disciplinary collaboration across civil, mechanical, electrical and process engineers in a dynamic, hybrid-work

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Uisce Éireann values and regulatory environment.
• Experience building trust-based relationships with external clients.
• Experience delivering water industry projects in Asset Management, Engineering Design, Environment, Programme/Project Management, Construction Management or Advisory.
• Commercial and strategic acumen to identify high-value opportunities and align client and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Uisce Éireann and stakeholders, understand priorities, support strategy, then identify opportunities.
• Translate client needs into strategies, proposals and solutions across disciplines at AECOM.
• Manage bid collateral and governance around selection processes, partners and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Manage conflicts of interest across AECOM contracts and opportunities.
• Maximise Salesforce and other digital tools to strengthen account intelligence, communication and client engagement.
• Connect knowledge across delivery teams to strengthen understanding of Uisce Éireann, the market and wider industry.
