Job summary

AECOM in Dublin is seeking an experienced water professional to lead a multidisciplinary professional services framework for Uisce Éireann. Based in our Dublin city centre office with a flexible hybrid model, you will take a leading role in managing client relationships, driving framework performance and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Our portfolio spans water and wastewater asset planning, design and delivery.

Qualifications

Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering subject.
Deep understanding of the water sector and regulatory environment.
Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in technical and commercial bid development for water schemes.
Experience across project phases, such as business case development, feasibility, outline/conceptual design, detailed design, construction support.
Delivery of professional services in the water industry across Asset Management, Engineering, Environment, Planning, Programme/Project Management.

Responsibilities

Lead the framework as principal contact for the framework, building trusted relationships with Uisce Éireann and strengthening AECOM's reputation as a delivery partner.
Deliver objectives across safety, quality, cost, programme and innovation, monitor KPIs and ensure commitments are met.
Grow the framework account by developing the plan and coordinating bids and proposals with internal teams.
Develop capacity and capability, identify recruitment needs and support internal staff progression.
