Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced water industry professional to lead a multidisciplinary professional services framework for Uisce Éireann. Based in Dublin city centre with a flexible hybrid work model, you will take a leading role in managing client relationships, driving framework performance and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Working with colleagues across AECOM, you'll help deliver excellent client service while supporting growth of our water business in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering subject.
• Deep understanding of the water sector and regulatory environment that our clients operate in.
• Proven experience in forming strong relationships and mutual trust with a range of stakeholders within client organisations.
• Experience in technical and commercial bid development and delivery of water industry schemes.
• Experience of delivery across project phases, such as business case development, feasibility, outline/conceptual design, detailed design, construction support etc.
• Experience delivering professional services in the water industry across a range of areas – Asset Management, Engineering, Environment, Planning, Programme/Project Management etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary water framework for our key client, guiding client relationships and performance.
• Manage project teams to deliver objectives across safety, quality, cost, programme and innovation.
• Grow the framework by coordinating with strategy, growth and account management colleagues and developing proposals.
• Identify capacity and capability gaps and support recruitment and internal staff progression.
