Job summary

DSV Air & Sea is expanding its Ballycoolin team in Ireland. We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to support warehouse operations, ensure high service standards, and uphold health and safety protocols.

You will work in a full-time role, handling stock control, picking, receiving, and movement of goods, while liaising with customers to meet expectations and maintain quality service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Dependable, organised and detail-oriented.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining safety standards.
• Ability to learn warehouse systems and procedures.
• Experience with powered equipment (mhe) like Power pallet truck / Counterbalance.

Responsibilities

• Focus on employee welfare, hygiene, dangerous goods handling and housekeeping.
• Liaise daily with customers in a professional and courteous manner to meet service expectations.
• Develop strong working relationships and understand customer needs for proactive support.
• Ensure compliance with customer procedures and investigate service issues with corrective actions.
• Operate both IMI/WMS and manual stock control systems.
• Perform core inventory functions including picking, receiving, stock counting and cycle counting.
• Offloading and reloading imports/exports.

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-orientedWarehouse Operativeto join our team in Ballycoolin. In this full-time role,you'llplay an essential part inmaintaininghigh service standards for our customers, supporting warehouse operations, and upholding health and safety protocols.

What will you be doing?

• Focus continuously on employee welfare, hygiene, dangerous goods handling, and housekeeping standards.
• Liaise daily with customers in a professional and courteous manner to meet or exceed service expectations.
• Develop strong working relationships andmaintainan understanding of customer needs to enable proactive operational support.
• Ensure full compliance with customer procedures and investigate any service issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Operate both computerized (IMI/WMS) and manual stock control systems.
• Perform core inventory functions including picking, receiving, stock counting, and cycle counting
• Offloading and reloading imports/exports

About You

• Haspreviousexperience in a warehouse orlogisticsenvironment (preferred).
• Is dependable, organised, anddetail-oriented.
• Communicates clearly and works well in a team.
• Takes pride in delivering excellent service andmaintainingsafety standards.
• Can quickly learn and work with warehouse systems and procedures.
• Has previous experience with using mhe. Power pallet truck / Counterbalance etc.
