Job summary

DSV Air & Sea is seeking a Warehouse Operative for our Ballycoolin site in Dublin. This full-time role supports warehouse operations, upholds health and safety standards, and helps deliver excellent service to our customers.

You will handle stock control tasks, liaise with customers, and work with IMI/WMS and pallet equipment. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, is dependable, organized, and a strong team player, with accuracy and safety in mind.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Dependable, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Clear communicator who works well in a team.
• Committed to safety and high service standards.
• Ability to learn warehouse systems and procedures quickly.
• Experience with power pallet trucks / counterbalance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Focus on welfare, hygiene, dangerous goods handling and housekeeping.
• Liaise daily with customers professionally to meet service expectations.
• Develop relationships and understand customer needs to enable proactive support.
• Ensure compliance with customer procedures and investigate issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Operate both IMI/WMS and manual stock control systems.
• Perform picking, receiving, stock counting and cycle counting.
• Offload and reload imports/exports.
