RECRUITERS represents a global leader seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join the Warehouse & Logistics team. This permanent role blends hands-on warehouse tasks with inventory management, stock control and systems administration to ensure accurate order fulfilment and efficient processes.

We value reliable, detail‑oriented candidates with strong English communication and Excel/Google Sheets skills. Ability to lift up to 20kg; start date April 1st; location Swords, Dublin area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred but not required.
• Strong English communication is essential.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to learn new software and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for shipment, ensuring timely dispatch.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies and maintain organised stock records.
• Goods-In & Returns: Process incoming deliveries, manage returned goods and record goods receipts accurately.
• Product Reworking: Repack products, prepare bundles, apply specialised labels and maintain quality standards.
• Systems & Data: Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel, Google Sheets and inventory management systems, including stock adjustments and PO creation.
• Warehouse Organisation: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised and operates efficiently.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join the Warehouse & Logistics team. This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with inventory management, stock control and systems administration, ensuring accurate order fulfilment and efficient warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for shipment, ensuring timely dispatch.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies and maintain organised stock records.
• Goods-In & Returns: Process incoming deliveries, manage returned goods and record goods receipts accurately.
• Product Reworking: Repack products, prepare bundles, apply specialised labels and maintain quality standards.
• Systems & Data: Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel, Google Sheets and inventory management systems, including stock adjustments and Purchase Order (PO) creation.
• Warehouse Organisation: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised and operates efficiently.

Experience & Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, stock control, goods-in, returns or order fulfilment preferred but not required.
• Strong computer literacy and English communication skills are essential.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience with inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning new software and digital tools, including AI tools.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Manual Handling certification and a valid Reach Truck Licence are advantageous but not essential.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20kg.

Salary: €30,000 per annum

Pension: Eligible after probation
