Job summary

Storm-Recruitment is recruiting an organised Orders Fulfilment & Planning Supervisor for a Wicklow-based site. Based at the Rathnew head office, the role oversees order processing, stock coordination, dispatch planning and coordinating new product installations.

You will lead the Order Processing Team and Pickers, ensure on-time dispatch, liaise with suppliers and logistics providers, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced operation. Full-time, on-site, with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfilment including processing and dispatch.
• Experience in a warehouse, supply chain or logistics environment.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with prioritisation ability.
• Understanding of dispatch, courier and freight coordination.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, purchase orders and stock.
• Previous team supervision or coordination experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail; EPOS familiarity advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order processing and timely dispatch.

• Coordinate installation plans for TWRS, fixtures and POS materials.

• Set up and maintain new product lines with suppliers.
• Ensure seasonal products are available for store scanning and EPOS uploads.
• Prepare seasonal orders for dispatch and follow up with customers as needed.

About the Role

Our Client is seeking an organised and proactive Orders Fulfilment & Planning Supervisor to oversee order processing, stock coordination, dispatch planning and the coordination of new product installations.
Based at their head office in Rathnew, this is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time. The successful candidate will coordinate daily warehouse activities, support Sales Representatives, liaise with suppliers and logistics providers, and lead the Order Processing Team and Pickers.
Previous experience in order fulfilment is essential, alongside strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Dispatch

• Oversee the end-to-end processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Manage EXW (Ex-Works) orders and coordinate appropriate courier and freight arrangements.
• Monitor outstanding orders and resolve processing or delivery issues.
• Support Sales Representatives with order, dispatch and stock-related queries.
• Coordinate installation plans for TWRS, fixtures and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Manage procurement activities, purchase orders, goods receipts and relevant contracts.
• Arrange shipments of installation materials through courier and freight providers.
• Set up and maintain new product lines in collaboration with suppliers.
• Ensure seasonal products are available for store scanning, including timely uploads to retailers' EPOS systems.
• Manage standing orders, product inclusion lists and seasonal customer orders.
• Prepare seasonal orders for dispatch through GLS and follow up with customers where required.

Team Supervision & Warehouse Operations

• Coordinate the Order Processing Team and Pickers to ensure daily targets and dispatch deadlines are met.
• Plan workloads, communicate priorities and ensure stock is available for picking.
• Monitor productivity and promote efficient working practices.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
• Train and support new starters, provide ongoing guidance and manage performance and attendance issues where necessary.
• Work closely with the Stock Controller, Warehouse Manager, Recycling Supervisor and General Manager to coordinate daily activities.
• Communicate operational issues promptly and ensure effective handovers between colleagues.

Skills & Experience Required

• Essential: Previous experience in order fulfilment, including the accurate processing, coordination and dispatch of customer orders.
• Experience in a warehouse, supply chain, logistics or order processing environment.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of dispatch logistics, courier and freight coordination, and import processes.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, purchase orders and stock availability.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
• Familiarity with retail systems and EPOS processes would be advantageous.
