Job summary

INFINITE STYLES ECOMMERCE CO., LIMITED is seeking an experienced End-to-End Operations Manager for its Dublin-area 3PL warehouse. The role covers inbound, storage, picking/packing, and outbound fulfillment within a cross-functional 3PL framework.

You will establish SLA metrics with providers, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement in labor efficiency, space utilization, and cost management, while coordinating demand planning and capacity across warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end warehouse operations in a 3PL model across inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound Fulfillment.
• Coordinate SLA metrics with 3PL providers and monitor performance for timeliness, accuracy, damage rate, and capacity.
• Lead process optimization to improve UPH, space utilization, and cost-saving initiatives such as packaging and routing.
• Plan and monitor workforce needs, attendance, and staffing deviations; coordinate temporary resources when needed.
• Perform cross-functional collaboration with Planning/S&OP, Logistics, and Procurement to align forecasting and fulfillment.

Job Description

End-to-End Operations Management of 3PL Warehouse

• Responsible for the daily end-to-end operations management of a single warehouse in Europe under the 3PL model, covering inbound, outbound, and inventory management; ensure inventory accuracy, inbound/outbound timeliness, and stable order fulfillment quality.
• Coordinate the standardized execution and continuous optimization of core operational processes, including inbound quality inspection, put-away and storage, picking and packing, and outbound shipping.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly operational data of 3PL service providers, promptly identify abnormalities, and drive corrective actions to closure.

3PL Service Provider Coordination and SLA Management

• Serve as the key point of contact with 3PL service providers, responsible for daily operational communication, issue escalation, and relationship management.
• Develop and drive the implementation of SLA metrics for 3PL service providers, including timeliness, accuracy, damage rate, and capacity flexibility; conduct regular reviews and performance evaluations.
• Lead operational quality audits of 3PL providers, identify service gaps, and drive improvements in areas such as labor, equipment, and system integration.

Process Optimization and Cost Efficiency Improvement

• Continuously optimize operational efficiency, such as UPH, in core processes including inbound, packing, and sorting, to reduce per-unit handling costs.
• Monitor warehouse capacity utilization and promote the implementation of storage strategies such as slow-moving inventory clearance and accurate replenishment/re-slotting to improve space efficiency.
• Analyze cost drivers based on the 3PL pricing structure and drive cost-reduction initiatives, such as packaging optimization and route optimization.

Labor and Productivity Management

• Conduct workforce demand planning based on business forecasts and monitor deviations between actual attendance and planned staffing.
• Address unexcused absenteeism, improve employee retention, analyze fluctuations in labor costs through data, and propose improvement plans.

Inventory and Quality Control Management

• Manage differentiated inbound processes for goods from multiple channels to ensure delivery quality and timeliness.
• Responsible for storage planning and implementation of operational standards for different product categories, including general merchandise, bulky items, high-value goods, and shelf-life-sensitive products.
• Drive closed-loop returns management, return-to-supplier optimization, and compliant labeling for special product categories.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Planning/S&OP, Logistics, Procurement, and other departments to ensure efficient coordination among business forecasting, workforce preparation, and fulfillment delivery.
• Respond quickly to capacity bottlenecks by coordinating urgent recruitment or temporary resource allocation across warehouses.
