Job summary

Primark is seeking a Depot Admin & Control Room Colleague to provide essential admin and system support to warehouse operations at our on-site facilities in Ireland. You will help ensure accurate stock control, timely processing of inbound and outbound activities, and reliable reporting to support operational performance.

The role involves monitoring automation systems, escaping system errors, and reporting to the Control Room and Admin Supervisor(s).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain administration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy are essential.
• Proficient with WMS, Excel and internal reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records in warehouse systems (WMS) and support stock adjustments.
• Process inbound/outbound activities and prepare ASN documentation.
• Monitor automation systems and report faults to maintenance on site.
• Provide reporting and KPI data to supply chain teams.
• Liaise with transport teams and hauliers as required.
• General admin duties and support for stationery and uniforms.
