Job summary

Americold Dublin is seeking a detail-oriented Stock Office Administrator to oversee stock movements, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate with customers and internal teams. You will record stock movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure data accuracy across daily operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with warehouse inventory and WMS, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with warehouse inventory.
• Excellent working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• A self-starter in a high-volume turnaround.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good problem‑solving skills.
• Flexible during times of change and willing to take on additional duties within the team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock movements and balances under supervision.
• Record stock movements and changes in product status in the WMS.
• Coordinate and document daily stock-related transactions with Stores and customers.
• Provide customers with regular stock reports and updates as agreed.
• Handle customer telephone inquiries and resolve stock-related concerns.
