Warehouse
Job Purpose
Provide efficient administrative and general support to the warehouse ensuring a first-class service is provided to both our internal and external customers. Ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse goods, and products.

Warehouse Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse team, ensuring all processes are implemented effectively and a high standard maintained
- Provide assistance to the warehouse manager with reconciliation of stock counts on Excel and aid with the investigation of any variances
- Input the appropriate stock adjustment to system stock levels to ensure both physical and system records are aligned
- Maintain all stock records, adjustments, audit checks and associated documentation
- Administer the system transfer of stock “to and from” various system locations and status’
- Manage & file all warehouse paperwork
- Manage and monitor the flow of emails in and out for all warehouse activities
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all departments
- Take reasonable care of both your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your acts or omissions, ensuring all company safety and quality systems are followed and all relevant legislation complied with
- Ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse goods and products
- Store the right amount of goods, products in the right location to feed the business operational and customer demand
- Move stock around either by hand or forklift truck
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business
- Some loading bay activities will also be a requirement
Skills / Qualifications / Experience
- Reachtruck/ Counterbalance and Power Pallet licences required
- Excellent numeracy and literacy ability with good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel spreadsheets and competent in all MS Office applications
- Detail orientated with strong administrative and organisational skills
- Capable of multitasking with ability to remain calm when working under pressure
- Demonstrate initiative and contribute ideas
- Positive team player with a hands‑on approach
Note: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Arrow Group business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time.
Some travel will be required.
