Job summary

Lidl in Ireland is seeking a proactive individual to join our regional distribution centre warehouse team. You will handle stock checks, storage and order processing to ensure timely delivery to Lidl stores across the region.

Reporting to the Deputy Logistics Manager, you will perform admin tasks, data entry and coordination with drivers and GI checkers, leveraging strong organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Deputy Logistics Manager with daily tasks, including database management, stock management, the receiving schedule and other relevant computer programmes.
• Communicate over the phone to other departments, dealing with any queries or issues they might have.
• Communicate with drivers to assign bays and coordinate the receiving of goods.
• Communicate with GI checkers to ensure all goods are received accurately and efficiently.
• Process all relevant documentation and input data on the warehouse system database.
• Assist the Deputy Logistics Manager and Logistics Manager with any ad hoc tasks.
