Job summary

Camden Recruitment Partners seeks a VP for Private Markets Investment Operations in Dublin. You will lead end-to-end workflows for private credit assets, drive process improvements, and oversee lifecycle management across assets. Strong Excel skills and experience with operations systems are required.

The role focuses on operational transformation, change management, and stakeholder coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely onboarding and reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in private markets/private credit middle office operations.
• Strong knowledge of private markets full asset lifecycle management.
• Experience delivering process improvement and operational change.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with portfolio operations systems.
• Ability to handle high-volume workflows, multitask, and collaborate across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational workflows for private credit assets, including trade processing, settlement, and lifecycle servicing.
• Develop understanding of existing Investment Operations processes, systems and controls.
• Identify and lead process improvement, automation and operational change initiatives.
• Maintain accurate transaction and borrowing records across internal systems.
• Monitor deal pipeline to ensure timely onboarding and operational readiness of new assets.
• Support setup and structuring of private loan instruments and complex credit products.
• Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve transaction-level issues and provide reporting.
