Job summary

BNY in Dublin seeks a VP Client Operations to lead day-to-day client servicing for CLOs and loan portfolios, resolving complex issues and driving superior client experience.

You will guide a team, apply advanced analytical judgment, and leverage your deep knowledge of Corporate Trust and financial markets to identify improvements and expand service offerings, while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues of CLOs and loan portfolios to ensure high Client Experience Levels.
• Leads team members in providing support to major clients and addresses complex operational and technical issues.
• Applies advanced problem-solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyse information.
• Uses developed communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
• Proactively assists clients in reviewing potential business needs and directs them to appropriate resources at BNY.
• Resolves the most complex or non-routine client issues or inquiries as needed.
• Uses knowledge of BNY products and services to propose expanded offerings to clients for front office consideration.
• Serve as an escalation point for clients and lead internal initiatives to improve the client experience.
• Uses client services best practices to develop process improvements and provides guidance to less experienced team members.
