Job summary

StepStone Group is seeking a Vice President to join the Investment Operations team in Dublin. The role focuses on transforming and scaling the Private Debt operating model, combining hands-on work with deputy review responsibilities and leading cross-functional initiatives to drive automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Investment Operations, Fund Operations or Private Markets Operations.
• Experience with Private Debt, Private Credit or alternative investments.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of the Private Debt operating model and act as deputy reviewer.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization.
• Develop and maintain procedures, control frameworks, and governance processes.
• Drive standardization and best practice adoption.
• Lead coordination of multiple concurrent initiatives and workstreams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement operational enhancements.
